Our Story
Crossfit Center City (CFCC) was founded in 2024 by Cody Duge on a simple belief: fitness should have purpose. From the beginning, our gym grew from deep community roots and a commitment to serving others. What started as a small group of people with a shared love for CrossFit has grown into a space built on accountability, teamwork, and respect. Our story is shaped by those who walk through our doors and by the community that has trusted us to grow stronger together.
Our Programs
Our programs are designed for first responders, parents, beginners, longtime athletes, and everyone in between. We train using the CrossFit methodology, where every workout can be tailored for any ability. We offer a variety of classes including Daily WODs (workout of the day), programs, and coaching -- whether you are a local or just passing through. Our community stands out by showing up for each other, celebrating progress, and supporting those who serve. At CFCC, we pride ourselves on inclusivity. Anyone looking to better themselves and others is welcome.
